I do feel that I am making some progress towards my goals for this class. Even thought it might be slow, it will only progress from here. I started off slow, but I’m working towards speeding things up. There have been aspects of the class that I feel like have been helpful for me as a writer because it has given me for insight on how to write a paper. By this I mean that it takes a great deal of time and effort to create a good paper. And that all papers don't start off perfect. One thing I would like changed in class would be, more exercises. For example; worksheets to help understand topics better. My writing process has changed since the beginning of the semester. It has changed by that I know how to organize my thoughts better to make my argument stronger.

Purpose: The purpose of this ad is clear. To deter people from smoking. With the minium text, it shows that they dont need to tell people that smoking is bad, because people already know this. However, the text offers a different side to stop smoking ads. It uses to word cancer to strengthen the meaning.
Audience: The audience to of is ad is everyone and anyone. People all over the world and of all ages smoke.
Genre: This is a stop smoking ad. But this one is different from the other ones. The one sentence says all they need to express the seriousness of smoking.
Tone: Im not sure of what the tone would be, but if I were to take a guess. It would be friendly because of the orange background, but almost serious because of the text.

How my final paper looks different from my first draft is that it looks how a paper should look. What I mean by this is that in my first draft my ideas and thoughts were unorganized and did not make sense at times. However, in my final draft, my paper flows more evenly. My major revisions were in sentence structure. This was because, what made sense to me, did not make sense to others. I know that as a writer, i tend to repeat information a lot. Peer review is what helped strengthen my paper the most. the strongest part of my paper is the overall story, it is an interesting and relatable story. The weakest part of my paper would be the sentence structure.
